I started this journey around Christmas 2006. I workout at the RAC 6x/week and attend/follow WeightWatchers. After visiting with my Doctor, he advised me that a goal of 225 lbs. would be appropriate for my body style.
I want to be able to run a 5k and/or ride a local Memorial day biking event.
